Aliona [Terra Sofia]
Emotional Intelligence & Personal Development Coach |
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist | Aikido Practitioner |
Interdisciplinary Artist | Poet
Coming from several creative backgrounds in her past, Aliona studied Biodynamic and Bioelectric Craniosacral Therapy with Adolf Brown D.C. (Ubud, Bali) since 2015, completing Craniosacral Therapy training courses, “Exploring the Bioelectric Matrix – level I, II”, and currently continues mentorship and practice under his supervision.
Prior to her deep interest in Craniosacral Therapy, she has been practicing Aikido, and studied Katsugen Undo since 2011 (founded by the renown Japanese therapist and Seitai master, Hiroshiko Noguchi) - a regenerating movement technique which deals with unlocking involuntary system of the body to assist self-healing processes, and developing sensitivity through hands. Both these practices became a great foundation, naturally stirring her interest and passion towards Craniosacral Therapy.
Since early childhood, Aliona was raised with music. Trained as classical pianist, she continued developing her sensitivity through different forms of arts (music/sound, visual arts and design). Having deep passion for sound as a form of vibration (later becoming an acclaimed composer, sound artist and researcher) she developed and continue developing further her sensibility, perceptual receptivity and capacity for deep listening - which is the essential ordering principle in Craniosacral work. Her prior training in music / visual arts, deep interest and study of psychology of the mind, buddhism, meditation and martial arts appeared to be the essential in her Craniosacral training, and played impeccably important role in her rather fast development and growth as Craniosacral Therapist._______________/
Drawing inspiration, integrating knowledge and sensibility from different modalities in her past, Aliona's therapy work proved to be profound, unique and original.
